A Brief Encounter To Remember

A few minutes of daylight, water and wind
Takes my mind to where I comprehend
The delicate balance of life and growth
Gathered together in time with my soul
To enjoy and treasure the desirable worth
Of spending those moments together with earth
Elements that produce living arrangements
And gather my senses from the estrangements
In thinking of chores and daily routine
Where often I forget the simplified things
Meant to resolve the hurries and hustles
Around my environment where life is a bustle
With noises from others going their ways
To some where else they must be today
Passing the flowers, birds and the trees
Surrounded by noise from technologies
Cars, and trucks, phones and radios
Where their thoughts are, only they know
I wonder if while they go on their ways
They take time to consider the indelible display
As something more than a passing scene
Or if it's even noted to their memories
All of the pleasingness nature has to give
While in all our doings we go about to live
It is said that life will pass us all by
If we don't amend our minds and at least try
To grasp the moments we pass through
On our ways of maneuvering avenues
To become, or to be, to acquire, to obtain
The livelihood of existing in more than a day
When all too often we defeat our own self
Passing life by without any real concept
Meant to give more than we see as we step
From one minute of life into the next
Intricate parts of each and every day
That we can improve if we appreciate
The value of creation that engulfs and surrounds
Us as we move hither and around
Not meant to hassle, trouble or bother
Rather to supply our personas a better offer
To become once again a part of the whole
Nature we are in life as we grow
