But none no fairer nor as true as a dearly beloved hand's pen
Sometimes the truth is not a fact but rather a belief of man
To satisfy the courage lost when living don't go as planned
Believe in good believe in love no matter what the cost
For if forgotten you will discover the worth of all you lost
Smiles will long be remembered more so than a fear
When goodness guards our mind's lives to quiet, protect, and heal
A cleansing rain wins mortal fame when it leaves the sky
To bless or curse the earth below we learn in the bye and bye
Fear is hatred's anguish lover jealousy it's handy man
Lost are loving gentle souls when dedication plays pretend
The maker of a given time stands solely by it's keeping
Like hatchlings birthed beneath the warmth of a true hearts beating
A tawdry set of affairs have ended kingdoms past
Because the men among them spoke words they wouldn't match
A weary mind is strengthened when a hopeful thought appears
Releasing times chained to confines erasing doubts and fears
Words are like a days wage better saved than spent
For when released another decides the value of their content
Butternut squash and apple pies does not matter you see
For there's no sweeter taste to find than a comb of healing honey
When grape bulbs decorate the leaves of a hyacinth's stem
The water's fit to go to fish but much to cold to swim
When the birds find feasting easy upon a garden's soil
They bring also the gift of growth to honor the gardener's toil
When the winter's frozen ground melts beneath my feet
Lead me from the valley's floors to where trees are draped in leaves
